产品介绍

通过EMSA，也称gel-shift，可以研究目的蛋白和特定的DNA序列的结合情况，从而可以研究细胞内一些转录因子的激活水平。EMSA/Gel-Shift 上样缓冲液(无色，10X)可以用于EMSA研究时细胞核蛋白或纯化的转录因子和特定的双链寡核苷酸的结合反应后的上样。EMSA/Gel-Shift上样缓冲液(无色，10X)不含溴酚蓝。如果觉得使用无色的上样缓冲液上样非常困难，可以使用含溴酚蓝的EMSA/Gel-Shift 上样缓冲液(蓝色，10X)。 每个包装的EMSA/Gel-Shift 上样缓冲液(无色，10X)足够进行200个EMSA上样。


注意事项：

需自备EMSA相关的所有其它试剂。 本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。


使用说明：

每9微升EMSA反应液中加入1微升EMSA/Gel-Shift上样缓冲液(无色，10X)，混匀后立即上样。 如果觉得使用无色的上样缓冲液上样非常困难，可以使用含溴酚蓝的EMSA/Gel-Shift上样缓冲液(蓝色，10X)。或者可以在EMSA/Gel-Shift上样缓冲液(无色，10X)中添加少量的EMSA/Gel-Shift上样缓冲液(蓝色，10X)，至上样时勉强可以看到颜色即可。

EMSA, also known as Gel Shift Assay, is a commonly used method for studying protein-DNA interactions to detect the activation level of transcription factors in cells. This product can be used for sample loading in EMSA.This product does not contain bromophenol blue. For visible loading, the EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (blue, 10X) with bromophenol blue can be used.This product is sufficient for 200 EMSA loadings.

Instructions for Use：

1. Add 1μl of EMSA/Gel-Shift loading buffer (colorless, 10X) to 9μl of EMSA reaction, mix well, and load the mixture immediately on a gel.2. For visible loading, ’s EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (Blue, 10X) with bromophenol blue can be used. Alternatively, add a small amount of EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (blue, 10X) to EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (colorless, 10X) until the color can be visible when loading.
