阿拉丁的UltraBio™红色荧光DNA上样缓冲液(6X, 溴酚蓝) (UltraBio™ Red Fluorescent DNA Loading Buffer, 6X with Bromophenol Blue)是一种添加了高安全性红色荧光染料NA-Red (Nucleic Acid Red)的DNA上样缓冲液，用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳时DNA、RNA等核酸样品的荧光染色和上样，核酸的荧光染色可以在与上样缓冲液混合的瞬间完成。本产品使用便捷，染色上样一步完成：本产品中NA-Red的浓度经过优化，使用时直接加入适量本产品到核酸样品中混匀即可进行上样和电泳，无须在凝胶配制时加入任何核酸染料或者在电泳后进行染色，上样、染色同步进行，使用特别便捷。本产品安全、灵敏度高、稳定性好：本产品中使用的NA-Red具有安全(致突变性极低且检测不到显著的细胞毒性)、灵敏度高(可检测低至0.6ng的DNA)、稳定性好(热稳定性和光稳定性好)等优点。本产品的灵敏度效果参考图1。图1.不同量DNA样品使用本产品的效果图。实际效果会因DNA质量、检测仪器等的不同而存在差异，图中数据仅供参考。本产品可以使用和EB相同的荧光检测体系：使用本产品染色后在300nm左右波长下检测呈现红色荧光，与EB的激发光和发射光都非常接近，无需改变滤光片及观察装置，适用于原先使用EB为染料的凝胶成像系统。使用本产品时，宜配套使用D0115S/D0117S/D0120S/D0122S UltraBio™红色荧光DNA Ladder系列产品，或者把已有的添加了常规上样缓冲液的DNA ladder和D0151 UltraBio™红色荧光DNA Marker染料(50X)配套使用。本产品和DNA ladder配套使用的效果图参考图2。图2.不同长度的PCR产物样品使用本产品，并使用UltraBio™红色荧光DNA Ladder 的电泳效果图。本上样缓冲液以溴酚蓝为指示剂，稀释至1X后比重仍然较大，上样便捷、极易下沉，且颜色清晰可见。溴酚蓝的电泳的位置与200-500bp的DNA的电泳位置相近，在染色观察200-500bp DNA时，溴酚蓝可能对这些DNA片段的观察有一定干扰。如果待上样的样品的体积为10微升，则每个样品需使用2微升本产品，本产品共可以进行500次或5000次的染色和上样。

Aladdin's UltraBio™ Red Fluorescent DNA Loading Buffer (6X, Bromophenol Blue) is used for loading DNA samples onto agarose or polyacrylamide gels for electrophoresis. It contains NA-Red (Nucleic Acid Red) fluorescent dye that binds to nucleic acids at the moment of mixing and emits red fluorescence under UV light.This product is easy to use. A simple three-step procedure includes adding 1/6 volume of 6X DNA Loading Buffer to DNA, loading onto gel and electrophoresis. There is no need to add any dye in agarose gels or stain gels after electrophoresis.This product is safe, sensitive, and highly stable. NA-Red is a significantly safer alternative to ethidium bromide, with very low mutagenicity and no cytotoxicity. It allows the detection of ＞0.6ng of DNA, and has good thermal and photo-stability. Please refer to Figure 1 for the sensitivity of this product.Figure 1. Red fluorescence is detected at a wavelength of about 300nm, which is very close to the excitation and emission light of EB.This product uses bromophenol blue as an indicator for easy visual tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis. Bromophenol blue comigrates with 200-500 bp DNA fragments, which has more or less interference with the observation of DNA fragments around this size. When it happens, please use Aladdin's UltraBio™ Red Fluorescent DNA Loading Buffer (6X, Red).UltraBio™™ Red Fluorescent DNA Ladders should be used in parallel with this product. You can also use the regular DNA ladder supplemented with an appropriate amount of Aladdin's UltraBio™ Red Fluorescent DNA Marker dye (50X).
