产品介绍

本试剂用于琼脂糖凝胶电泳快速检查RNA/DNA完整性。6×DNA/RNA loading buffer为6倍浓缩的溶液，使用时使其终浓度为1×即可。

产品特点:

1. 本产品中含有2种染料-二甲苯青和黄色染料，方便观察样品的电泳状况，防止DNA条带跑出凝胶。

2. 即用型试剂。

3. 无 RNA 酶活性。

使用方法：按照每5 μl样品，加入1 μl 6×RNA/DNA loading buffer比例，混合后直接上样电泳。

This reagent is designed for the rapid assessment of RNA/DNA integrity via agarose gel electrophoresis. The 6×DNA/RNA Loading Buffer is a 6-fold concentrated solution, which should be diluted to a final concentration of 1× for use.

Product Features:

1. This product contains two dyes—xylene cyanol and yellow dye—which facilitate the observation of electrophoresis progress and prevent DNA bands from running out of the gel.

2. Ready-to-use reagent.

3. Free of RNase activity.

Usage Instructions:

Mix 1 μl of the 6×RNA/DNA Loading Buffer with every 5 μl of sample, and then load the mixture directly onto the gel for electrophoresis.
