  6×DNA 上样缓冲液含有两种示踪染料，溴酚蓝和二甲苯青 FF。在 1%琼脂糖凝胶电泳中，溴酚蓝可与~300bp 片段共同迁移, 二甲苯青 FF 可与~4000bp 片段共同迁移。
注意事项：
1. 在电泳过程中，如果发现染料的颜色过浅，影响观察结果。可将1份6×DNA上样缓冲液加到2～5份DNA样品中，混匀后，电泳，不影响结果。
2. 为了您的自身安全，使用试剂前，请做好防护，如穿实验服，戴手套等。
使用说明：
1. 在 37°C 下，使 6×DNA 上样缓冲液融化；
2. 轻轻涡旋，确保溶液的混合均匀；
3. 将 1 份 6×DNA 上样缓冲液加到 5 份 DNA 样品中；
4. 充分混匀；
5. 上样后进行电泳。

Product Introduction:
