Eprenetapopt (GMP) (APR-246(GMP)) 是 GMP 级的Eprenetapopt。Eprenetapopt (APR-246) 是同类首创的小分子，可恢复 TP53 突变细胞中的野生型 p53 功能。Eprenetapopt 可引发肿瘤细胞凋亡。Eprenetapopt 还靶向硒蛋白硫氧还蛋白还原酶 1 (TrxR1)，它是细胞氧化还原平衡的关键调节因子。

Eprenetapopt (GMP) (APR-246(GMP)) is Eprenetapopt in GMP grade. Eprenetapopt (APR-246) is a first-in-class, small molecule that restores wild-type p53 functions in TP53-mutant cells. Eprenetapopt triggers apoptosis in tumor cells. Eprenetapopt also targets the selenoprotein thioredoxin reductase 1 (TrxR1), a key regulator of cellular redox balance.
