生物活性1. Measured by its ability to inhibit the IL-2-dependent proliferation of MO7e human megakaryocytic leukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.2 ‑1.2 µg/mL in the presence of 30 ng/mL of recombinant human IL-2. 2. Immobilized Recombinant Human IL-2 Protein (rp156004) at 1 μg/mL can bind biotinylated Recombinant Human IL-2 Receptor Alpha Protein (rp147480).
