Function

生物活性Measured by its ability to inhibit Activin A-induced hemoglobin expression in K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cells. Approximately 0.01-0.05 μg/mL of Recombinant Human (rh) Activin RIIA Fc Chimera will inhibit 50% of the biological response due to 3 ng/mL of rhActivin A.
