产品介绍

通过EMSA，也称gel-shift，可以研究目的蛋白和特定的DNA序列的结合情况，从而可以研究细胞内一些转录因子的激活水平。EMSA/Gel-Shift上样缓冲液(蓝色，10X)可以用于EMSA研究时细胞核蛋白或纯化的转录因子和特定的双链寡核苷酸的结合反应后的上样。 EMSA/Gel-Shift上样缓冲液(蓝色，10X)含有溴酚蓝，有时可能会干扰目的转录因子和特定的双链寡核苷酸的结合反应。如有干扰，可以选择不含溴酚蓝的EMSA/Gel-Shift上样缓冲液(无色，10X)。 每个包装的EMSA/Gel-Shift上样缓冲液(蓝色，10X)足够进行200个EMSA上样。

需自备EMSA相关的所有其它试剂。 本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。


使用说明：

每9微升EMSA反应液中加入1微升EMSA/Gel-Shift上样缓冲液(蓝色，10X)，混匀后立即上样。

EMSA, also known as Gel Shift Assay, is a commonly used method for studying protein-DNA interactions to detect the activation level of transcription factors in cells. This product can be used for sample loading in EMSA.This product contains bromophenol blue, which may interfere with the binding of transcription factors to specific double-stranded oligonucleotides. Under such circumstance, the EMSA/Gel-Shift Loading Buffer (colorless, 10X) without bromophenol blue can be used.This product is sufficient for 200 EMSA loadings.


Precautions：

All other reagents related to EMSA are not provided in this product.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.


Instructions for Use：

Add 1μl of EMSA/Gel-Shift loading buffer (Blue, 10X) to 9μl of EMSA reaction, mix well, and load the mixture immediately on a gel.
